In The Beginning...
...All across planet Earth, and perhaps even planets beyond, people were beginning to vanish. Often at night, cozy and slumbering beneath layers of quilts and linens, people were being stolen from their homes. Some would say after the incident that it had felt like a brief cool touch against their skin, then afterward there had been a second where there was simply nothing, no scents, sights, sounds, tastes or sensations, just the white pristine embrace of non-existence. The moment passed, and those stolen away from their homes by some mysterious force awake to a humid world, not of their own.
No one is safe
A clearly alien world as the ground is a reddish ocher, nearly bare of plant life, only looming fungal structures can be seen across the barren landscape. The air is thin here, but breathable, the sky an ugly orange, the stars above unfamiliar. Brutish howls and primeval screams can be heard in the distance. Someone or something has transported you away from everything you know and love to this hellish world, millions of light years from your home. The only suggestion of how or why this is happened in a metal spire rising out of the brittle ground, easily fifty feet in height, but slender like a radio antenna.
No one is safe.

Classic/New Doctor Who
For Gallifrey, the future isn’t looking too bright, The Doctor had destroyed any means of survial when he sent them back into the Time Lock and the war. Gallifrey is a planet on lockdown stuck in the Time Lock along with many other Time Lords and Ladies. The high council led by the resurrected Rassilon in the final days of the Time War turned to The Master, who had been sent back with them. The drums in his head are stronger then ever and while he as the four beat rhythm he knows there is a connection to Earth. After hearing the prophecy for himself, from the Time Lady 'the Visionary' that the final day of the Time War would see the end of the Time Lord race barring two survivors, the Doctor and himself, he comes up with a plan. To make Gallifrey apart of Sol 3’s Solar System and materialise it as the ninth planet, wiping Pluto of the map, just one of the consequences. By using The Valiant a Timelord design, the Cardiff Rift and the abandoned Time Agency.
The Time Agency was an organisation set up in the 51st century, employing human Time Agents to go on missions through out time and it also had a large war fleet. Agents were given wrist straps to enable time travel – more like hopping from place to place. However according to John Hart it had subsequently been disbanded and only seven Agents left. These seven Time Agents have turned into rouges, using the disserted Agency as their base in the 51st century. However an enemy lurks in the shadows, just waiting and watching for the agents to fall into his elaborate trap. A trap that could put an end to the entire universe as we know it and The Master is behind it. He plans to remake a new agency and recruit more agents all in aid of Gallifrey - or is it for his own purposes? The humans being transported all have something in common - The Master sees protential in them becoming future Time Agents
The Shadow Proclamation, also known as the space police are getting frequent cases, more now, then ever. The galactic police force and space jail of the Universe, keeping time and space in order the best way they can. Many species work here mostly overseen by the Judoon, but you can also find Raxacoricofallapatorians and Sycorax and many more working here, where rivalries are forgotten under a common goal, along with some humans. It is a galactic government upholding galactic law as well as a set of rules governing it.
And now The Doctor's secrets are drawing ever closer to be revealing.

Torchwood
Torchwood One: When you think of the word Torchwood, underground bases rises in the back of your mind somewhere. The main base at One Canada Square, Canary Wharf is home to the Torchwood One ruin, which slowly but surly, is being rebuilt. Meanwhile, work as been going on in Torchwood Tower’s warehouse and underground tunnels running right through the city of London and a little out in the Thames. Jack Harkness contacted Mickey and Martha in hope they could oversee things at the warehouse and at least get something up and running with a little addition to the team Lois Habiba, recommended to the branch by Jack and Gwen. Mickey and Martha, having freelanced for a couple of years have some technology up their sleeves to help in their quest to find a suitable team.
Torchwood Two: It’s located near the waterfront development on the Rive Clyde, Glasgow. It’s an office, run for years by a strange man named Archie, who recently disbanded it for an unknown reason. Is as connections to the Torchwood Estate, owned by the Macleash family since the 1500s. It’s where Torchwood first came known, The Institute was founded by Queen Victoria in 1879, while staying at the Torchwood House. The Estate is haunted by stories of the Supernatural going back to the sixtieth century. There are tales of spirits, deformed ghosts, sinister monks and even werewolves. At the moment it’s currently empty and a hot spot for any freelancer interested in the supernatural and extraterritorial.
Torchwood Three: The Time Lock, Toshiko had installed proved worthy in the event of Jack being blown up. The explosion had damaged most of the upper levels, including Jack’s office and headquarters, the workplaces, boardroom, the tourist information desk, the invisible lift and also the autopsy room, so being confined mostly to the top level, was why the Plass got damaged so much in the first place. However, much of the lower level infrastructure such as the cells blocks, morgue, interrogation room, games room and firing range survived the blow with just as little as a few broken windows and the area is a pretty much workable environment. The blast hit the autopsy cabin the worst and damaged the cryogenic chambers, Gray thawed and is out on the loose. Access as been restricted for the moment to submarines coming in from The Bay and also the car park entrance, where Torchwood operatives need to look at a particular camera to be allowed access. What is left of Torchwood Three, is relaying heavy on their base over on FlatHolm Island and Torchwood Six. The Plass as been rebuilt.
Torchwood Four: Strategy Base Alpha formally Strategy Nine, named after a mission a group went on from the 42nd century. Before this mission, which involved The Great Beast from dawn of time, the base was called Sanctuary Base Six lead by Captain Zachary Cross Flane, who represented the Torchwood Archives. Strategy Base Alpha is a space orbital station and satellite orbiting Earth under radar. It went missing due to being threatened too fall into a black hole, but with a little help from The Doctor and Rose Tyler, it survived and now it’s back. Highly advanced and out of it’s correct time, it was responsible for sending the Cold Fusion Cruiser, that Jack hitched a ride on, which was carrying other passengers and cargo to explore the Universe - kinda like a coach trip, Jack didn't know this at the time... Torchwood Four isn't like any other Torchwoods. You can't just go home at the end of the day, people have to stay on the station twenty four seven, unless they work for a special break to see loved ones, back on Earth every once in a while, who don't really know what you do for a living.
Torchwood Five - Parallel Earth: The Doctor’s secret army as followed: Pete Tyler, Jackie Tyler, Jake Simmonds are back running parallel planet earths Torchwood first line of defense Rose Tyler and Meta-crisis human Doctor are always popping in and out also. Pete directs operations while Jackie, not very knowledgeable, but she is quite handy with her mouth and general support.
Torchwood Six: Jack traveled the world after the whole 456 incident to see just how much devastation the 456 actually caused. From Europe, he crossed Africa, through Asia to Antarctic back to Australia and New Zealand. He crossed over the Pacific Ocean to North andSouth America, stopping at a favourite spot in Los Angeles, California, where Torchwood Six branch is located, run by a woman named Ric Miller. So deciding to stay for a while in LA, before heading back toCardiff to face the music. Jack and Ric Miller both have a brief history, where Torchwood Six was formed in the war years for Jack to escape to without meeting himself in London and causing problems, but their relationship went back further. It was a few years before World War II, around the time The Empire State Building was being built and then there was that Dalek trouble in Manattan. Ric was fifteen, when they first met and Jack had made it his business to investigate some demolished theatre’s, where he knew /The Doctor/ had been. Ric had /poked/ her nose in trying to be all grown up and Jack hadn’t had time for it, but he took her for a Coca-Cola and mixed a little retcon before he gave her the drink, however it proved only partially successful. The drug didn’t mix too well with the fizzy drink and she remembered his face, which ended up, with her having a slight schoolgirl crush on the mysterious man for a long time.
After getting his hands on some Dalek leftovers Jack decided to stay in the States to avoid versions of himself in London – timelines and all that jazz. He traveled around a bit before ending up in California for a while. It was on a Military base and to pass the time he used a bit of his charm and they had eventually accepted the Captain from RAF Lakenheath. Jack and his men used to hang out at the American Legion Hall post in Hollywood, which used to stay open late to serve the soldiers and a number of celebrities too, but he noticed a familiar face working there, now a young woman Ric. They ended up being close and Jack trusted her with some of the things he wouldn’t share with others. He tried to warn her about the attack in December. Pearl Harbour. He asked her to work with him, she took this the wrong way but he managed to get her interested in Torchwood.
It was coming up to the attack on Pearl Harbour and Jack having knowledge tried his utter most to get his men reassigned and not sent to Pearl, but things didn’t work out and the commanding office called him a lunatic and the Major had thrown him into stockade. The night before Pearl, he broke out and headed for the only person he could trust , Ric. That’s when she found out he couldn’t die, he left before she woke in the morning. Without him knowing, she did more then enough to stay with him even if she couldn’t have him. Making herself immortal by drinking a potion and following very strict rules from Lisle von Rhoman – a powerful lady whom had secret potions for non-aging. Torchwood Six is now known to those who know about it as the Capitol Records building, constructed in the nineteen forties. and disguised as a film studio. Now Torchwood Three and a certain Captain Jack is relaying heavily on Torchwood Six until things get sorted in Cardiff. If they do. A portal as been set up, a gateway between both bases. Los Angeles has had a growing population over the years of different kinds of alien cultures, selling weaponry to various film studios as props. The smuggled alien ammunition is dangerous and needs to be stopped, although it’s hard to track when these thing happen, due mostly to, not knowing when these thing are going down. To help concur this, Torchwood Six as planted an insider in all film studio prop departments across the State.

Sanctuary
Is a network of safe havens for abnormals. Abnormals is the term used to describe the creatures in The Sanctuary. Most of them are believed to be natural mutations, although some have been created on purpose. Many Abnormals have been influential to human history, although most of the world is unaware of this fact; the ancient vampire civilization was responsible for many advances in science and technology. Some abnormals in fact come from Hallow Earth. Important historical figures such as Nikola Tesla or U.S. president Warren G. Harding were actually Abnormals. It was founded by Gregory and Helen Magnus in order to protect abnormals and humans from each other. The Sanctuary Network is governed by the council of the house heads, with founder and Old City Sanctuary house head Helen Magnus as a kind of first among equals, officially referred to as "head of the global network". Important and immediate decisions are made by The Executive Committee.
Warehouse Thirteen
Warehouse Thirteen is a massive, top-secret storage facility inSouth Dakota that houses supernatural artifacts, mysterious relics, and supernatural souvenirs collected by the U.S. Government. The current Warehouse is also known as K39ZZZ on the North American Grid, but is affectionately called "America's Attic" by agents. Throughout history, the Warehouse has not had a permanent location. It moves at the whim of The Regents, presumably by magic or supernatural forces, to the geographical location of whichever empire or power is controlling the world at that time. The United States has been the power centre of the world for the last hundred years, the Warehouse has been located in North America. At various times in the past, the Warehouse has been located in England, Russia, Asia,Mesopotamia, Egypt, and Rome. One example of the Warehouse in the past would be the ancient Library of Alexandria. But the current Warehouse has its fair share of problems right now and attracting some widely attention who will come knocking when you least expect it for their long awaited precessions.
A Town CallED Eurka
Just a normal day in Eureka, well sort off. You see they aren’t just a normal quiet small town. They are a town full of secrets and geniuses, which should never be mixed together when the outcome is mayhem! The best minds in America and all over the world are tucked away in a remote town where they build futuristic inventions for the government and for their own personal benefit. Eureka is a secret town and when Albert Einstein realized our future was in the hands of scientists not soldiers, he met with President Truman to convince him to build a safe haven where the greatest minds and thinkers in the world could live and work, so they sanctioned The Town Called Eureka! And that's not all Nathan Stark is back to cause a few upsets when it's revealed that he was alive and well in the alternative time line.
In the alternative timeline, he is still alive in every way possible. He had been stuck in Space Time when Sheriff Jack Carter, Deputy Josefina Lupo, Allison Blake, Henry Deacon and Douglas Fargo inadvertently time traveled to the year 1947. A wormhole, a space-time bridge was created by an invention of Albert Einstein and associate Doctor Trevor Grant and with the aid of the fives communicators. Trevor helps the 5 scientist return to the year 2010, but due to their presence in 1947, the five discover a few changes to the timeline. The space time bridge also helped Nathan lock onto the Logic Diamond he gave Alison on their, never happened, wedding day when the bridge was open. It was like how molecules form atoms by the electromagnetic weak force. The Diamond – was his weak force. The bit of him he imprinted onto it locked onto a gravitational force around orbit and it was his pathway home.
For Nathan, in the alternative timeline, all his dreams have come true. He is the founder of Stark Industries a multi-billion dollar corporation. Inspired by Iron Man, the industry is a technology company that develops and manufactures advanced weapon and deference technologies as well as being known for some of the worlds largest scientific break thorough, bigger then Global Dynamics's themselves, headquarters based in San Francisco. It is similar to Section Five at Global Dynamics only on a slightly bigger scale and less secretive. It might sounds somewhat clique, but he is a powerful man, with a leading company up his sleeve and very good contacts, money in his pocket and fame just around about every corner. All, but one dream hasn't come true. He won't be happy until he has his family back, Allison, Kevin and Jenna back. He is getting tired of pretending that he is alright with them being apart, but he isn't.
Nathan gets calls from GD from time to time to help on projects and he is more then happy to assistant. While at GD, the alternative timeline isn't so kind. He isn't Director of Research anymore but (he is working his way up to being restored to that position) however in the meantime he is merely Douglas Fargo's Personal Assistant. Such talent is not always wasted!
